SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Seeds are sealed in moisture-proof packs, and every order includes a step-by-step growing guide.

Delivery times (after shipping)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada and Mexico: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Shipping cost
Free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Below $50, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Customs and import rules
Many countries regulate seed imports. In Chile (SAG) and Argentina (SENASA), customs may hold seed parcels sent to private buyers. You are responsible for checking that the seeds you order are allowed into your country, and for any duties or taxes charged on delivery. See our Refund Policy for orders held by customs.

Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
